At The Vertex Watch Company, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our timepieces and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are committed to providing a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the watch in its original presentation box with all certificates and protective films intact, ensuring it is packed within a sturdy shipping carton.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our horologists verify the condition of the timepiece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
